At CNTR LINE, your privacy is important. We collect only the information needed to provide our

services, including your name, email, phone number (if provided), health information you voluntarily

submit, emergency contact information (if applicable), appointment history, and payment

information processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your credit card

information.

Your information is used to schedule appointments, communicate regarding classes, send

confirmations and reminders, maintain client records, and provide a safe Pilates experience. We

never sell or rent your personal information. Information is only shared with trusted service

providers necessary to operate the business or when required by law.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect your information. You may request to update, correct,

or delete your information where permitted by law by contacting contact.cntrline@gmail.com. This

policy may be updated periodically, and the latest version will always be posted on the website.

All CNTR LINE classes are currently taught live online. Clients are responsible for having a safe

exercise space, reliable internet connection, and appropriate equipment.

Bookings must be made through the online booking system. Cancellations or rescheduling are

permitted up to 24 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

To preserve the flow of class, the virtual meeting room closes 5 minutes after the scheduled class

start time. Clients arriving after this time will not be admitted.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Exercise within your own abilities and discontinue

participation if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. CNTR LINE provides Pilates

instruction for general wellness and is not a substitute for medical advice.

Recording, photographing, screen recording, or distributing live classes is prohibited without written

permission. All branding, educational materials, website content, and class materials are the

intellectual property of CNTR LINE.
