Hi, I’m LaLa.
Founder of CNTR LINE.
I discovered Classical Pilates during my own postpartum journey. After having my son, I wanted to feel strong again, but I also knew my body couldn’t move the way it once had too soon. I wasn’t looking for the hardest workout. I was looking for the safest, most intentional way to rebuild my strength.
Classical Pilates became that foundation.
The more I practiced, the more I fell in love, not only with how it made me feel, but with the science behind every movement. It gave me exactly what I had always wanted to do: help people. Becoming certified allowed me to combine my passion for movement with my desire to educate others, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and understand their bodies at every stage of life.
Today, my goal is simple: to help you move well now so you can continue moving well for years to come.

Why CNTR LINE Is Online.
One of the greatest challenges of becoming a mother wasn’t finding time to care for my baby. It was finding time to care for myself.
Getting to a studio often meant arranging childcare, working around feeding schedules, or simply accepting that I wouldn’t make it that day. I knew I couldn’t be the only person experiencing that.
That’s why I created CNTR LINE as a live online studio.
Unlike prerecorded videos, every class is taught in real time, allowing me to offer personalized instruction, thoughtful corrections, and guidance tailored to the people in front of me. You receive the support of a studio experience without leaving your home.
Whether you’re postpartum, balancing a busy career, caring for family, or simply prefer the comfort of home, Pilates should be accessible without sacrificing quality or connection.
